Customer Service

Customer service is our number one goal. We will do everything in our power to make sure your shopping experience is a positive one. We are open 6 days a week and ready to serve your needs at a minute’s notice. If you can’t make it to our store in the hours allotted, we will set up an appointment to make sure you get what you need.

We alter almost every item we sell. We will do rushes in an emergency situation, but generally we take about a week for in-store purchases and two weeks for items purchased out of our store. Typically it only takes one time for our Master Tailor to fit you correctly, but if you have special needs, we will take whatever time is needed to ensure it fits.

Utah Woolen Mills Clothiers is not interested in selling you one time and letting you go. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we want to know. We will remedy the problem.
