Hand Cutting

After thorough examination, sponging, steaming and processing, the cloth is individually hand cut using tailor’s shears. Stripes and plaids are matched with precise attention to detail. All cloths are cut in a “one way” manner which results in approximately 1/4 to 1/2 yard more usage, but eliminates the shading or pattern inconsistencies that may result from less stringent standards.
